EVENT

The purpose of this landing page is to organize the «Finsurtech Forward Summit» event. Acceptance to attend the event is voluntary and will be subject to the conditions below.The EPIKA event is intended for persons of legal age. By accepting the GTU, the User confirms that he/she is over 18 years of age.REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENTEach User wishing to attend the event organized by EPIKA, must complete a form with his/her data, accepting both the present GTU and the Privacy and Cookies Policy.

USERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

The User agrees to use the EPIKA landing page in accordance with the GTU, and the mere use of the same shall imply acceptance of the provisions of the same. Likewise, he/she agrees to comply with the rules in relation to attendance at the event.The User undertakes to use this landing page in a diligent, correct and respectful manner. The User undertakes to provide correct and truthful data to EPIKA, and undertakes to notify EPIKA of any change or modification that may occur in such data. The User shall abstain from acting against his/her image, good name and reputation or that of any of the Users of the landing page. The User shall be legally liable to EPIKA for any breach of the aforementioned obligations.In any case, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the use of the landing page, as well as attendance at the event, exclusively under his or her own responsibility and with knowledge of the existing risks.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

Incorrect use: The correct use of the landing page as well as the means made available by EPIKA for the attendance to the event are the responsibility of the User, and EPIKA shall not be responsible for any incorrect, illicit or negligent use that the User may make of the same.Use of the contents and realization of the event: EPIKA provides all the contents in good faith and shall make its best efforts to keep them permanently updated and current; nevertheless, EPIKA shall not be held responsible for the updating, errors or validity of the contents or in the realization of the event. Likewise, EPIKA cannot assume any responsibility with respect to the use or access made by Users outside the sphere to which EPIKA is directed, nor for the consequences that may arise from the practical application of the opinions which may be accessed through EPIKA, the final responsibility for which shall always rest with the User.Likewise, EPIKA cannot control content that has been prepared by third parties and, therefore, shall not be liable in any case for any damages that may be caused by such third party content.Incidents: EPIKA cannot guarantee that there may not be any failure or error in the landing page or in the realization of the event. EPIKA is therefore not responsible for such failures or errors, but will use all means at its disposal to correct or rectify such failures and/or errors once they are detected or notified by third parties.Technological failures: EPIKA has concluded all necessary contracts for the technological stability of this landing page, but cannot guarantee the absence of technological failures, nor the permanent availability of the same and, consequently, assumes no responsibility whatsoever for damages that may be generated by the lack of availability and for failures in access caused by disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network failures not attributable to EPIKA.

Modification/suppression of the event:

The User may not claim against EPIKA for the elimination or modification of the event when, due to internal issues or issues of third parties involved in the execution of the event, EPIKA decides to modify or not to continue with its realization or broadcast.
